Facilitated by staff and trained volunteers, the curriculum, which addresses the unique issues facing today’s job seekers, provides participants with the lifelong tools needed to discover their skills, choose a career goal and effectively market themselves to potential employers.

Participating in Mastering the Interview empowers job seekers to refine their interviewing skills, build their self-confidence and significantly increases the likelihood of securing employment.

Resume Development consists of a 30-minute presentation on what goes into building an effective resume and then each Job Seeker is paired with a coach to create, develop and refine their individual resume.
