How We Can Help
WHW’s Employment Incentive Program is a reward program that celebrates the success of job retention every 30 days up to 180 days! At each milestone, clients can turn in a copy of their pay stub and receive additional pieces of professional clothing and gift certificates to WHW’s Saturday Sale or Déjà New Retail Shop.

WHW's Top Performer Employment Coaching program matches employed clients with an executive coach to help navigate the first 90 days of employment through confidential one-on-one mentoring. This program provides WHW clients with the opportunity to troubleshoot any obstacles or issues they may be facing and provide them with the tools needed to grow and expand in their current role and beyond.
The WHW Alumni Alliance is for WHW clients who have participated in WHW Programs, who are working and seeking growth and development as a means to professional advancement and community leadership. The program, which is professionally facilitated by a WHW volunteer who is a business leader with extensive experience in human resources, management, leadership training and team building, meets monthly for an interactive forum where each attendee receives tools and best practices to excel in their career.
