Our “Useful Resources” section is designed to provide women with a wide range of information, tools and support to empower them in their personal, professional and career development. These resources include articles, guides, webinars, and other materials that cover a variety of topics such as:

  • Personal development: resources that help with self-care, personal growth and understanding, stress management, and mental health.
